At No Wahala hats, all sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our crochet hats, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [5] days of delivery at [customerservice@nowahalahats.com]. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [3-5] days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
